Just as the sun is going down. One of the entrances to Wakayama Castle grounds - a bridge over the moat (near the Post Office.) I used to love going to Wakayama Castle to see the Black Kites flying. If I was lucky I'd see them fishing in the moat - swooping down and trying to catch fish. They aren't nearly as good at fishing as the Osprey (that I'd see fishing in the main river or at the beach) but they were quite good.
